Iran participating in Greek festival with 11 short films
TEHRAN-The 7th Photometria in Motion contest, underway in Epirus, Greece, has picked up eleven films from Iran in the Short Films section.
The host country has the highest number of participants in this section with 13 films and the Iranian short flicks come next in this regard. There are also eight other works from France, Mexico, Ireland, Spain, Serbia, Ukraine, and the U.S. present in the section, ILNA reported.
The Iranian films include “Entropy” directed by Bamdad Aghajani and Arian Navabi, “We Are All Dogs” by Aminreza Alimohammadi, “The Single Horn” by Mohamad Kamal Alavi, “Najan” by Mohammad Mehdi Baqeri, “We Are Happy” by Mohamad Boorboor, “Double Bed” by Ali Khameparast Fard, “Tornado” by Meisam Gheisizadeh, “Boycott” by Amin Rafie, “The Land” by Masoud Shahri, “School Benches” by Behrouz Shamshiri, and “From the Painter’s View” by Goli Zarei.
Photometria in Motion contest is part of the Photometria International Photography Festival, which has been running for 16 years. The moving image competition, Photometria in Motion, is being held for the 7th consecutive year.
